Tonight we collected our Positive Activities Grant from ERYC - County Hall

We were absolutely thrilled to be supported by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. They have awarded us £5000 for a new young persons group based at The Park, and tonight we attended the presentation and collected our award. 

The new youth group will be known as "The Parklings" and its objectives are in our earlier news post. We are working hard to create an action packed calendar of events - which will be released very soon.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council have supported our project in many ways. Through the planning permission process, with ongoing support from Bernie Clarke and the team at "Play and Sport Development," from play safety surfacing advice from Paul Palmer (Grounds and Forestry Project Manager) and from their Active Creative and Positive Activities funding streams. Last month we were also given some agility trail equipment that was surplus to requirements from Hessle. We are extremely grateful for all their support.
